Those we serve are incredibly fortunate to have so many unique opportunities, thanks to our generous supporters!

Hobbies & Hangouts, a program of Making Community Connections is completely funded by one incredible family. This program creates connections between those we serve and community members without disabilities by offering series of small classes, where attendees can learn new skills together.

This summer was our fourth year of Hobbies & Hangouts. Series included:

• Rebel Nell: group graffiti mural, necklaces, and bracelets

• Fire and Fused: glass lanterns

• Jewish baking: hamantaschen, rugalach, sweet dough

• Camp Tamarack: kayaking and canoeing, lunch

• Pewabic Pottery: ceramic tiles
